How is Forge different from a workout tracker?
Workout logging and progress charts are part of Forge. The coaching connects them: it plans what to do, explains why, remembers what matters to you, and uses your results to guide what comes next. With Forge Pro, live coaching can also suggest adjustments during your session. You decide whether to accept them.
What this means for your training
A workout tracker can be enough if you already know what to do and want to record it. A general AI chat can help you discuss training; some people use it alongside a separate log. Forge connects your plan, logged sets, coach conversations, and editable memory in one training app. A human trainer can observe your movement and give hands-on guidance. Forge does not replace that observation, and its exercise demo videos are not an assessment of your technique.
What does the AI know about me?
Your coach receives training context, not your account name or email. Your profile provides a derived age rather than your birth year. You can read and edit the notes your coach remembers.
What can I try for free?
Setup and program creation are free. You can manually log and complete your first workout for free; further workouts and continued coaching require a subscription.
