How does Forge choose my exercises and workout plan?
Forge uses your goals, experience, available equipment, training schedule, preferences, and logged feedback to propose your training. You review the program before approving it. Open “Why?” on an exercise, session, or program block to see the coach’s reasoning, including when a volume cap, held weight, or deload shaped the recommendation.
What this means for your training
A personalized workout should come with an explanation you can understand. In Forge, open “Why?” for an exercise, session, or program block to see the coach’s reasoning. Look at that explanation alongside your goal, equipment, and feedback. A held weight or an easier phase is not automatically a mistake: the safety badges show when a training limit shaped the recommendation. You can ask your coach about the plan before approving it.
Can Forge create a workout plan for my goals and schedule?
Yes. Tell Forge your goal, experience, training days, session length, available equipment, and limitations. Your coach proposes a personalized training plan for you to review and approve. Your logged workouts and feedback help it adapt future sessions.
How does Forge help me progress?
Choose linear progression, double progression, or periodized training, with each approach explained in plain language. Your coach uses your logged results and feedback to adapt upcoming sessions.
