Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-11-03 · Washington My Health My Data Act · Last revised: 2026-11-05
This policy describes the consumer health data that Sargis Vanik Harutyunyan, IE, Apartment 16, 28 Tigran Petrosyan Street, Yerevan 0054, Armenia ("we") collects through the Forge app, as Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) requires.
What we collect and how we use it
| Consumer health data | How we use it |
|---|---|
| Injuries and physical limitations you tell us about, and the coach's notes about them | To program around them: the coach avoids exercises that load an injured area |
| Sex, height, bodyweight and the body measurements you log | To set training loads and volume, to give nutrition guidance, and to show your progress |
| The workouts you log: exercises, sets, repetitions, loads and effort ratings | To adapt your program and sessions and to show your training history |
| Health details you mention in your messages to the coach | To answer you and adjust your coaching |
| A coach reply you report, when it mentions health details | To review your report and keep coaching safe; deleted after 90 days |
We use this data to provide the coaching you ask for. When you delete your account, we delete it and keep no copy.
Where it comes from
From you, in the app: your answers when you set up, your profile, the workouts and measurements you log, and your messages to the coach. The coach also writes notes based on what you tell it.
Who receives it
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates. Our service providers process it only on our instructions, to run Forge:
- AI service provider (coach) — creates your coaching from your messages, training data and health information.
- Google (Firebase) — stores your data and runs our server.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data,
- give you access to it, with a list of all third parties and affiliates we have shared or sold it to (there are none),
- delete it.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Delete your account in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account) to delete your data and withdraw your consent, or email privacy@forging.day for any of the above. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from your account.
We respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why within those 45 days and take at most 45 more. Requests are free up to twice a year.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the word "Appeal". We will decide within 45 days and tell you why. If we deny your appeal, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
